様々な社会的変革が、日本、中国の両国において社会性の変容や崩壊を引き起こしている現実を背景に、社会行動や社会性の脳基盤に関する研究の重要性が増大している。本セミナーは、我が国において、脳に作用する様々なホルモンによる行動の制御・調節の機構や、ホルモンによる神経ネットワークの構築、維持、変容の過程についての研究を推進している「行動神経内分泌研究者」が集結し、中国の行動科学研究者との交流を図る。2つの特別講演、7つのテーマ講演セッションに加え、Data Blitz、ポスター発表、フリーディスカッションセッションなどを通して、現代社会が抱える「心の絆」の欠落に起因する諸問題の解決に向けた、協働的、継続的な研究者ネットワークの形成、確立を目指す。
